Kwadwo Asamoah boost for Ghana ahead of Kenya clash, plays full match in Inter Milan win

Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah looks set for his Ghana return after a four-year absence as he brushed aside injury concerns to play in Inter Milan’s emphatic win in the Italian Serie A on Saturday.
His full action for Inter Milan in their 3-0 away win over Bologna without injury worries paves the way for the player to turn up for Ghana’s match against Kenya in Nairobi next week.
There were injury fears for Asamoah in the midweek as he skipped training because of a thigh problem but he recovered on Thursday which made him available for the match.
This means he will now travel to join the Black Stars in their training camp in Ethiopia on Monday to make his return to the national team for the first time since the 2014 World Cup.
Asamoah played as Inter held took a 3-0 victory on the road at Bologna to enter the international break with four points from three matches.
Inter Milan got their first win of the season as Matteo Politano and Radja Nainggolan — on his Inter debut — came together in the 67th minute to give the visitors a 1-0 win at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara in Bologna.
Late in the match, Antonio Candreva seemed to make a statement for getting back into the starting XI after Ivan Perisic put in a great cross the Candreva finished in the 83rd minute to give the Nerazzurri a 2-0 lead late.
It was Perisic who put the game away when, just three minutes later, a pass from Matias Vecino found Perisic who promptly worked the ball around and found the back of the net, thanks in part to a deflection off
